The support is intended primarily as a holder for the distribution drippers as well as for the 8 mm supply tubing. The distribution dripper and supply hose are each clicked into the support cup.
This keeps the distribution dripper higher and away from the soil, which prevents excessive soiling or blockage by roots growing into them.
